The topic number is highlighted in yellow in the examples shown above. When you add a topic to track by clicking a link, you will do that on the addtrack page.

However, when you need to manually add a topic to track, you will do that on this page. You need to manually enter the topic number whenever you don't have a hyperlink with an embedded topic number, such as when a topic number is given in a:

• Television or radio broadcast
• Printed book, magazine, brochure, or billboard
• Business card
• Sales receipt
• Prescription for medicine
• Speech or lecture
